About the program
Accor Preferred — formerly known as STEP and now part of Accor’s HERA advisor platform — adds benefits at around 380–400 participating Accor hotels, including Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, Sofitel Legend, Banyan Tree, SO/ and SLS. Participation is decided hotel by hotel.
Guests receive breakfast for two, an upgrade when available, a credit of $50 or $100 per stay depending on the hotel, early check-in and late checkout when available, and a VIP welcome. Stays earn ALL points and status nights.
