We collect information you voluntarily provide, including: name, email address, phone number, company name (for business enquiries), travel preferences, budget range, desired destinations, travel dates, and special requests. We do not directly collect or store payment card information — all payments are processed by the respective hotel or our secure booking partners.

Your information is used to: provide hotel recommendations and quotations, make and manage bookings on your behalf, communicate about your travel plans, improve our services, and — with your consent — send occasional travel inspiration. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Sharing
We share relevant booking details with hotels and travel suppliers solely to process your reservation and ensure your preferred partner benefits are applied. We also share information with Lyxresan Travels and Classic Travel Service as part of our affiliate relationship. We do not share your information with unrelated third parties.
5. Cookies & Analytics
When you first visit, a small consent card lets you accept or decline statistics cookies. Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept; if you decline, nothing is sent to Google. Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage key riviario_cookie_consent) for one year. Strictly necessary storage that works without consent: alanguage_preference cookie (one year) that remembers your language choice, and a ref_source cookie (30 days) if you arrive via a partner link, used only to attribute the referral. When you click through to book, we record the page, the destination and your country and browser type — never your name. You can change your cookie choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and maintain our client relationship. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
