We operate as an independent advisor at Lyxresan Travels, an affiliate of Classic Travel Service, specialising in luxury hotel bookings and travel coordination. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Riviario offers personalised luxury hotel advisory services, including trip planning, hotel recommendations, and travel coordination. We facilitate bookings through direct contractual relationships between you and various hotel and travel suppliers via our preferred partner programs. Riviario is not an agent of these suppliers and cannot guarantee the performance of their services. In the event of any issues with a supplier's service, your remedy lies with the supplier and not with Riviario or Auralink AB.
Hotel pricing is dynamic and subject to availability. Rates can change due to currency fluctuations, tax adjustments, and supplier pricing updates outside of our control. We strive to provide accurate pricing at the time of quotation. Room rates are guaranteed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation. We do not charge service fees — our service is funded by commissions received from hotel partners. Any payments required for bookings are processed securely through our booking partners. By providing payment details, you authorise us to pass this information to the relevant suppliers as necessary to complete your reservation.
Cancellation policies are set by each hotel and supplier individually. Some reservations may be non-refundable. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting any cancellation terms before confirming your booking — we will always communicate these clearly in writing. Cancellation fees, up to the full reservation amount, may apply if a booking is cancelled outside the permitted timeframe. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes. Riviario is not responsible for fees incurred under the supplier's cancellation policy.
Benefits such as room upgrades, early check-in, and late checkout are subject to availability unless specifically confirmed at the time of booking. Guaranteed benefits — including complimentary breakfast, hotel credits, and welcome amenities — are provided by the respective partner program and will be confirmed in your booking details. Benefit specifics may vary between properties within the same program.
Bookings made through Riviario are eligible for loyalty program points with Marriott Bonvoy, Hilton Honors, World of Hyatt, IHG One Rewards, and other applicable programs. Our preferred partner benefits stack with your existing elite status and rewards. Specific loyalty program terms are governed by the respective hotel chain.
By booking through Riviario, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective hotel or travel supplier. Hotels, airlines, and other suppliers are independent businesses. Riviario and Auralink AB are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of any supplier, nor for any personal injury, property damage, delays, cancellations, overbooking, or events beyond our control.
Riviario and Auralink AB provide information in good faith and take reasonable care to ensure accuracy. However, we do not guarantee the correctness or completeness of hotel descriptions, images, or amenity information. We accept no liability for inaccuracies in information provided by suppliers. While we advocate on your behalf with hotels and suppliers to ensure the best possible outcomes, we make no guarantees regarding the results of such advocacy. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the commission earned on the specific booking in question.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to make bookings and enter into this agreement. You are financially responsible for all bookings made on your behalf, including those for members of your travel party. All information you provide must be accurate and complete.
Riviario reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective when published on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
