About the program
Relais & Châteaux is not just a hotel collection — it’s a philosophy. Founded in France in 1954, it brings together independently owned hotels and restaurants, often run by a chef-host. Gastronomy sets it apart: many members hold Michelin stars, and dining is central to the stay.
Around 200 member hotels take part in Relais & Châteaux’s Preferred Partner program for selected agencies. Booked through Classic Travel, guests receive daily breakfast for up to two per bedroom, an upgrade on arrival when available, a hotel or resort credit, and early check-in or late checkout when available. Relais & Châteaux has no points program.
