Luxury Circle is Shangri-La’s invitation-only program for selected agencies. Its distinctive feature is timing: the one-category upgrade is made at the time of booking. Guests also receive daily breakfast for two — in the restaurant or in-room — a hotel credit, a VIP welcome amenity, and early check-in or late checkout when available, and they still earn Shangri-La Circle points.
