About the program
Virtuoso is not a hotel brand but a by-invitation network of travel agencies, with more than 20,000 advisors and preferred relationships at around 1,800 hotels and resorts. Classic Travel, through which Riviario books, is a Virtuoso member agency.
At most Virtuoso hotels, a booking through a member agency includes daily breakfast for two, an upgrade when available, early check-in or late checkout when available, and one amenity per stay — typically a property credit of around $100. More than a quarter of Virtuoso hotels work with no other advisor program, which makes Virtuoso the route to benefits at many independent hotels, from Soneva Fushi to Badrutt’s Palace.
